We love mash-ups here at Recycle. Arm weights + cycling? Yes. Yoga + cycling? Absolutely. Core work + cycling? You get it. So when Christina introduced riders to Whole Lotta Extra Dougie (Curiosity Re-Rub-A-Dub-Dub) by Lobsterdust in her REBOOT class this week, she taught us how to Dougie AND get our rears in gear on the bike. A match made in mash-up heaven.
